We endeavor to get purchase out to you ASAP and this usually take between 5-7 business days. In remote areas expect slightly longer delivery times.

International shipping costs are influenced by the size and weight of the product and your location. Exact shipping costs are calculated in the shopping cart and will be added to the order total before checkout.
For International deliveries we use Australia Post.
All duty & taxes charged by the destination country are at the customers expense. International orders can be tracked through the destination country postal service website using the tracking number provided.
The delivery times provided by us are estimates only. We will not be held accountable for late deliveries or loss or damage relating to late deliveries. In the event that multiple items are ordered, part deliveries may be made where stock is not available. All reasonable attempts to notify you will be made using the details you provided. Please ensure you enter the correct delivery address. We cannot be held responsible for incorrectly entered delivery addresses.
Please be aware that postal services can and will be slower during holiday seasons.
When shipping both within Australia and Internationally, we want to ensure that your board arrives in mint condition. We take great care in packaging your board using the following steps.
We multi-wrap each surfboard in heavy-duty double-sided bubble wrap.
Once the surfboard is wrapped and ready we slide it carefully into a double-walled cardboard box for final shipping.
On the rare occasion your surfboard packaging has been compromised during shipping we have taken steps to fully insure your board for any costs associated with any direct damage to the surfboard.
You must follow these steps to continue this protection and help us claim any damage.
Before you sign your delivery docket/consignment note, ask your driver to stay with you while you unpack your newly delivered surfboard. If he is unwilling to wait while you check your surfboard for potential damage then mark the delivery docket/consignment note “BOX DAMAGED” before your signature and the drive can leave.
If the driver agrees to stay, unpack your board carefully and inspect your new surfboard. If it has been damaged or marked in any way, then please mark the consignment note as "DAMAGED" before providing your signature. If your new surfboard is unmarked, which is usually the case, then feel free to sign the drivers consignment note.
If your surfboard has been DAMAGED, then please document the damage with good quality photos and contact us immediately to register the damage with our customer service team.
By signing the consignment note without any written mention of damage, you are acknowledging the surfboard was delivered in good order.
PICK UP/COLLECT - FREE
The option allows you to come and collect your surfboard from our Keyo Headquarters at Booker Bay and is free of any shipping and handling charges.

We charge a flat rate of $250 International shipping per surfboard to ship from Booker Bay, NSW, Australia to your nearest customs clearing airport.
Please note that this charge covers freight only, and does not include any local import duties, taxes, or clearance fees.
